Staying ahead with a quality service!

Sussex Sleep Services is already planning a strategy to cope with a possible Royal Mail postal strike. 115,000 employees have voted to take action through a vote organised by the CWU (Communication Workers Union). No date has been set yet and it may still be averted. However, currently we send wearable devices out for diagnostics by Royal Mail but will be looking at other courier services in the future. Furthermore we try to use secure email where possible to communicate with other clinicians, general practitioners and patients when sending letters, but we will extend this further. This will make our communications with others even quicker (usually the same day!) and potentially shorten our pathways to just a day or two from referral to treatment!
Bad luck Royal Mail, you have probably just lost yet another customer.
